Yes sure, our staff will always be available to help you to choose your ideal apartment, for any clarifications or questions. You can contact them either by e-mail or telephone. In our web site you’ll find all the details of each apartment, the available services and the map with indication of its located.
Is it possible to check-in after 23.00? Is there an extra fee after 19.00?
The check-in time is from 15.00 to 19.00. The check-in service is free from 14.00 to 19.00. From 19.00 to 21.00 we apply a supplement of 30euro to pay in cash on arrival. From 21.00 to 23.00 is 50euro extra fee to pay cash on arrival. After 23.00 we don’t organize check-in service except in exceptional events noted (ex. delayed train/flight, awful weather ) and anyway there is the extra fee for late arrival
How do you organize the check-in service?
Our staff will contact you to prepare your check-in services regarding meeting time and meeting point in order to make as easiest ad possible your arrival in Venice. When you reach your arrival point it’s very important keep in touch by e-mail or mobile with the staff to be on time and go together to the apartment to carry out the check-in practices.Please, it’s essential let the staff know in case of big delay.
Is it possible ask for an early check-in before the 15.00?
Prior notice and if the apartment is free the night before, it’s possible to arrange an early check-in before 15.00 for free.
Can I leave luggage in the apartment after check-out?
No, you can’t leave luggage in the apartment after 11.00.
It’s my first time in Venice, is the staff available to provide me some information and tips regarding the city, places to visit, where to eat, how to move around Venice, etc.?
Of course, once arrived in the apartment our staff will be happy to provide the Venice map and some interesting information to make your stay special and as “local” as possible!
My luggage is too heavy, how can I do?
How can I reach Venice from Marco Polo Airport or Treviso Airport?
In both cases, our staff will support you with the information needed to assist you in choosing the most suitable to your needs.
Is it possible to arrange a private transfer service to the Airport or Venice?
Yes, of course, if you let us know in advance, you can request a private transfer service that will take you directly to the apartment on your arrival or from the apartment to the airport at the end of your holiday. Price and mode of transport will be communicated once requested the service.
Where can I find the apartment address?
By browsing through our web site in the different sections you’ll find address and the map.
Should I bring sheets and towels in the apartment?
No, the apartments are provided with sheets and towels for the number of people required. Within the web site you’ll find a detailed description with the services available to each apartment.
All the apartments have the same services?
No, each apartment has different services, as indicated in its description.
Is breakfast included?
No, breakfast is not included. The apartment comes with some basic elements such as sugar, caffè, tea to enjoy. If you want extra items like milk, biscuits or a complete breakfast kit, it’s possible to required it during your booking by choosing among the various extra packages available.
Is wi-fi available in all apartments?
Yes, you’ll find free wi-fi in all our apartments.
Is a/c available in all apartments?
A/C is available in all apartments except Zattere flat. Inside the description of each apartment you can find all the available services.
Can I required the cleaning service during my stay?
Yes, during your stay you can require extra cleaning service that is not included in the price, provided by a third company and not from ours.
Can pets stay in the apartment?
Only where permitted in the summary description of the apartment.
Zappa apartment has a private garden suitable to accommodate your pet.
Can I find a baby cot in the apartment?
If you ask in advance, we can provide a baby cot equipped with sheet.
How many people can stay in the apartment?
In the description of each apartment you can find the maximum number of people who can stay.
Can I visit the apartment before booking?
No, this service is not available.
Can I use heating and a/c throughout the year?
Heating and a/c will be working in the months established by Italian law for the area of Venice. Heating from mid-October until early April with a maximum temperature of 20-23 degrees and a/c will be permitted from June to September.
